Program Description:

By opting into Perennial Alerts, you agree to receive SMS messages from Perennial Works LLC related to service updates, account notifications, marketing communications, support follow-ups, appointment reminders, onboarding instructions, and other business-related messages. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services.

You may cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to the number you received messages from. Upon sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again through any Perennial opt-in form or text channel, and messages will resume.

If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply HELP for more assistance or contact our support team at info@perenni.al.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
